Submission of AUPs
An Animal Use Protocol must be submitted to the IACUC for approval of any research, testing, and/or teaching involving animals. The Animal Use Protocol form is available in Word format. AUP submissions are accepted at any time; however, if received after 3pm, will be processed the next working day.
Submit the AUP form via e-mail to animalcompliance@vprmail.tamu.edu. Signature pages may be scanned and e-mailed to the above e-mail address or faxed to 979-862-3176. A hard copy may be mailed to mail stop 1186; however, the electronic submission is preferable.
If a grant is associated with the AUP, a copy of the grant should accompany the AUP at the time of submission.
