IACUC
All animal use protocols must be approved by the Texas A&M IACUC. AUPs for GLP studies will be submitted to the Texas A&M IACUC to gain approval to use animals and will specify if the study is GLP. Any proposed change in personnel, species usage, animal procedures, anesthesia, post-operative care, or biohazard procedures to the animal portion of a study must be reported in writing to the IACUC for approval. Committee approval of the proposed amendment is required prior to proceeding with the changes in procedures.
